For the past few months I have struggled to fall asleep, despite feeling tired and run-down. Six months earlier, I had a consistent sleep pattern, and now I am not able to get back on track. What can be causing this and how can I correct it?

With the current state of the economy, it has become a challenge to remain calm. Each time I turn on the TV, click on the radio, or look at my bank account, all efforts to de-stress and remain balance seem to just wash down the drain. How can anyone remain balanced during such a high-stressed time?

My wife has emotional problems from many years, almost from the start of our mariage, at the beggining I didn’t feel anything, but now everytime something happenened because of her emotional problems i, now, even have nightmares about it.
Question: am I getting the same emotional problems since I am with her for many, as I say, years ?
